Welcome to the CPHOA Website. We hope you find the information on this website informative. This is your Association and your Neighborhood. Get involved to make sure Chateau Park remains, a safe, and happy place to live. If you see a street light or cul de sac light out, please let us know. If you see a landscaping issue or leaking sprinkler or pipe, please let us know. If you see someone suspicious in the neighbor call 818 878 1808. If you want to get involved and join a committee, let us know. If you have any suggestions to make Chateau Park a nicer place to live, let us know!

RAIN GUTTERS/ROOFS
Many homes in our neighborhood have a build up of pine needle and leaf debris on the roofs and in the gutters. This material can lead to gutters failing during the rainy season and result in leaks inside the homes. Damage can occur to not only your home, but your neighbor's as well. In addition, the leaf and pine needle debris poses a risk during fire season as well. This material is combustible and is susceptible to ignition from flying embers during a wildfire. If this material were to ignite, it can spread flames to the wood decking under the roof tiles and start a structure fire. To better protect your home and your neighbors, it is highly recommended that the roof and gutters be cleared of any combustible material. Now is the time to act, as we are coming into Santa Ana wind and fire season. We were lucky last year, let's be better prepared this year. In the past Tri County Power Washing had offered the best pricing for Chateau Park Owners. Board meets at - 5:00 P.M. (unless otherwise noted). All Voting Members of The Association are Welcome to Attend. The Homeowner “open forum” will take place at 5 PM and 6 P.M. Contact management for location. Homewowners will now be able to participate during the meetings when they have something productive to share. We want you to attend the Board Meetings when you do not have an issue and be an active contributor to our Association. There is plenty to do and plenty of committees to serve on. Get involved. Your Board Volunteers their time, you should also! Help us maintain low Association dues and high property values!

If you have something you would like to put on the Agenda click here. It is your Association so come to the meetings and get involved. All Homeowners have the opportunity to say what is on their mind , and then stay for the meeting to listen to what the Board is doing. Due to time constraints, the board asks that homeowners only bring to the boards attention issues not being addressed by management and asks all homeowners to contact management first. All Homeowner issues will be noted at the meeting and Management will respond in writing.

before you change your windows, doors, skylights, want to access your roof for any reason, or anything else. You need to let us know. Simply fill out the Arch request and email it to us. When in doubt ask first, and save yourself alot of time and effort.

VANDALISM
THE BOARD HAS VOTED TO AGGRESSIVELY ENFORCE THE $5,000 VANDALISM FINE AGAINST ANY HOMEOWNERS WHOSE RESIDENTS OR GUESTS VANDALIZE ASSOCIATION PROPERTY.

Agoura Hills City Ordinance requires all garages to have room to park at least one (1) vehicle in the garage. If you are using your garage for storage and cannot park a car in your garage you are violating a city ordinance.
MONTHLY DUES
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR MONTHLY DUES WHETHER YOU RECEIVE A COURTESY INVOICE OR NOT. THE DUES ARE $278 PER MONTH PAYABLE TO CHATEAU PARK HOA. EACH HOMEOWNER WILL RECEIVE A MONTHLY COURTESY NOTICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A NOTICE PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT
Dues are payable the first of every month and a late charge applies for all dues received after the 16th of each month, so you have plenty of time to pay your dues.
