If you are not using your garage to park two (2) vehicles, do not park in guest parking. Some residents have opted to use their garages for storage and are also parking their vehicles in guest parking. This is not fair to owners that use their garages to park two vehicles, and is a violation of our rules and regulations as well as City Ordinance.

ANY CAR PARKED IN DESIGNATED FIRE LANES WILL BE TOWED (fire lanes are designated as any area in the cul de sacs other than the designated guest parking areas). If you leave your vehicle unattended in front of your garage, or in the driveway at corner units, you are blocking a fire lane. If you are unloading, or loading your vehicle, if your are washing your vehicle in front of your garage (please conserve water), if you are working on your vehicle, you are not in violation of the fire lane ordinance. Vehicles left unattended are in violation. So if you park your vehicle in front of your garage overnight- IT WILL BE TOWED.
TOWING WILL BE DIRECTLY SUPERVISED BY OUR SECURITY COMPANY ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD AND ASSOCIATION, and the Board has authorized “Roys Towing” to tow any vehicle parked in front of garages or blocking fire access overnight.


ANY VEHICLE STORED IN GUEST PARKING WILL BE TOWED AFTER NOTICE TO COMPLY IS ISSUED AND VEHICLE IS NOT MOVED.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT

Effective June 1, 2011, Cornwall Security Services, Inc. will be providing patrol service for parking enforcement. This will be done on a random basis nightly and is authorized to have vehicles towed who do not follow the association's parking rules.    Please be sure to read and follow the parking rules located on this website.
 
Should there be problems at the pool this summer, the Board will consider additional services to rectify those problems.
